RPS equipment is in compliance with FZ-54

15 February 2017

Since February 1, 2017, the cash register equipment should send electronic versions of checks to the fiscal data operator— the new rules are set in 54-FZ, Art. 2, Par. 2. The protected electronic control tape should be replaced by the fiscal memory device, the cash register should be connected to the Internet, the contract should be concluded with the fiscal data operator, and the checks should be electronically send to the Federal Tax Service via the fiscal data operator. More detailed information you can found on the website http://54-fz.ru/

This law is also applied to the parking equipment in which the cash register is installed. Such equipment includes parkomats and automatic parking checkout points. Their owners are obliged to connect the devices to the Internet and ensure data transfer to the fiscal data operator. If the equipment does not have such a possibility, it must be upgraded or replaced before July 1, 2017.

If you are installing RPS equipment, then you don't need to worry about this. At the moment we have fully adapted the equipment to the new legislation. Cash registers are installed in automatic RPS checkout points Standard and Light that meet the requirements of the federal law FZ-54. If necessary, we are ready to advise and assist in setting up the equipment for the work under the new law.
